Brief description of situation: In this report it is said that facebook is going to launch a new app that is going to be able to follow or track each facebook user without the need of using the cellphone.

Privacy and anonymity because maybe some users will not be comfortable with the idea that other people now where they are at.

Cultural because with all your friend that you have in facebook, they all could see where you are at and that could impact positively and negatively at the same time. Morally just because the simple fact that following a person against their will would cause them to not be comfortable.
Evaluating the impacts:?
Yes. If the program stays for a long time, long term. Just a few (that actually they are a lot) would be the ones that will be affected that are the ones that have facebook accounts. Large group. Globally, if the app is launched for the whole world. Yes because some people could use the app in a bad way.
Conclusion:
The creators of the app. That everybody will now where is everybody because of the app. To make it optional and the solution is that the ones that want to be safe and maintain their privacy should delete their facebook account.
